Vice President Metals Purchasing, Automotive Seating
Francis Lebryk is Global Vice President of Purchasing – Metals & Mechanism for Johnson Controls’ Automotive Seating business.
In this role, Lebryk is responsible for all metals, steel and mechanism commodities and purchasing operations within the metals business unit.
Most recently, Lebryk was Executive Director of Purchasing – Global Foam, Chemicals and MBBP/Continuous Improvement for Johnson Controls Automotive Seating, where he was responsible for all chemical and foam commodities and purchasing operations globally for the foam business unit purchasing operations. He was also responsible for driving all activities and continuous improvement support related to the MBBP initiative.
Prior to that, Lebryk was Executive Director of Purchasing for Johnson Controls Automotive Seating operations in North America (US, Canada and Mexico), responsible for all purchasing operations related to seating sourcing in North America.
Lebryk joined Johnson Controls in 1992 and has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Director of Purchasing – Global / Divisional Steel commodities; North America Director of Purchasing – Metals, Mechanisms, Steel commodities; and Senior Buyer – Chemical / Foam North America Automotive.
Lebryk earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wayne State University and anMBA in management from Walsh College.
