The HCS delivery systems are often too complex for most small staffing companies and often too customized for large staffing companies.
We are flexible in our services, providing project work, temporary, long-term, contract, direct placement and on-site management. Our services include pay-rolling, recruiting, screening, testing, back-ground checks, benefits and a 401K plan. HCS is experienced in call center, general labor, administrative, accounting, logistics/transportation and IT staffing.
HCS employs approximately 250 people in 28 states. Currently, 43% are minority.
HCS has been actively involved in the Winning Futures Program since 1995. This mentorship program helps high-school students from Detroit, Harper Woods, Oak Park, Southfield, Sterling Heights, Pontiac and Warren, Michigan. Winning Futures teaches students how to set goals by showing them how to develop a five year plan. This past year 87% of the students in the program were minority children.

Mary Oxendine Adams (owner) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. Mary volunteers at Seaholm High School and Kensington Church, and is a member at Detroit Golf Club, where she serves on the Social Committee. Mary also serves on the Board of Directors for Winning Futures. Mary’s son, Nicholas, spent the last 2 spring break vacations serving on a mission trip in Haiti.
